Morning meeting

At 9 o'clock every morning, our company's morning meeting is held on time, with the general manager and department heads gathering together. At the meeting, the general manager reviews the previous day's work, acknowledging achievements while also pointing out areas for improvement; each department reports on their plans for the day, and there is also a knowledge-sharing session to facilitate growth. Notably, the TV screens in the meeting room display the production progress of each machine in the injection moulding workshop. Leveraging a professional machine monitoring system, the morning meeting allows real-time tracking of equipment production status, laying a solid foundation for precise production supervision and ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards. This effectively unites the entire team, injecting momentum into the efficient execution of daily tasks.
