As time moves forward and another significant milestone is reached, Lishi proudly celebrates its 15th anniversary. At the same time, we bid farewell to the fruitful year of 2025 and step confidently into the promising year of 2026. Recently, the Lishi 15th Anniversary Celebration and 2025 Annual Meeting, themed “United by Strength for 15 Years, Moving Forward Together,” was held in a grand and joyful atmosphere.

On this special day, there were no formal meetings—only laughter and warmth; no work pressure—only the feeling of family. All Lishi employees gathered together to honor the past, celebrate the present, and look forward to the future through a memorable and heartfelt celebration.

The annual meeting officially commenced in a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere. Company executives and department heads took to the stage to deliver inspiring speeches. The General Manager, Mr. Na, opened the event with a comprehensive address, reflecting on Lishi’s 15-year journey—from the challenges of its early days to today’s steady and sustainable growth. Every step forward, he emphasized, has been made possible by the dedication and hard work of all employees. He also outlined the company’s future vision and extended sincere New Year wishes, earning warm applause and strong resonance from the audience.

Following this, workshop directors shared their reflections on the past year, highlighting the dedication, perseverance, and achievements of frontline production teams. Their heartfelt words expressed deep appreciation for every employee who has remained committed and diligent in their roles.

One of the highlights of the evening was the Outstanding Employee Recognition Ceremony. The company presented several prestigious awards to exemplary individuals, including technical experts from the production line, outstanding managers, and dedicated support staff.
